Saphire is a small handcrafted cat figure made from polymer clay, shaped, sanded, painted by hand in deep cobalt blue with gold accents, color accents and/or tiny stones and glass elements chosen intuitively for each one, finished with a protective gloss and channeled specifically for the person receiving her.
Every Saphire is unique. Not perfect. Intentionally so. She's made by human hands and it shows - and that's exactly the point.
Her story She was born from Leyol, my Russian Blue who accompanied me for years with a grace and awareness that went far beyond the ordinary. Leah, or Leyol, as we called her eadearingly, was protective of my energy and my health. She waited for me to come home before she left. When she passed I needed somewhere to put all of that love. Saphire is where it went.
